I’m still listening to the show right now about half way through. So Char, if you do this will we get to see some examples of your increased energy and stamina? We have some good “before” videos. Maybe you can hold a rematch against Louis as an “after” video and we can compare the results! 🙂

This is an interesting interview. I’ve never heard of this but it makes a lot of sense!

I’m buying a juicer later today and can’t wait to get started! I really need to feel better and this is what I’ve been needing to do for a long time. Great interview with Joe Cross! Joe, your film is so inspiring!

I will do the same on the BLOG portion of our website so you all can keep track of my lifestyle changes, attitude about food (or lack there of), exercise and health! I am excited!!

Thanks, Louis and Char for having Joe Cross on your radio show. Great interview!! John and I were just talking over the weekend about getting some type of juicer so that we could start consuming more vegetables. A friend of mine this past weekend offered a veggie/fruit drink to me that she drinks most every day (which was just AMAZING!) From that moment I was hooked! So…I started researching “smoothie” makers, but after your interview I am so glad that I did not purchase one. (Great question, Char, on the difference between smoothie makers and juicers!) Now, I think we will get a juicer instead. Love you both! 🙂

Becky! Joe Cross really has some GREAT nutrition advice, doesn’t he? Char and I have been juicing and have changed our overall diet to reflect about 75%-90% microbiotics and only 10%-25% macrobiotics. We try to stay away from processed foods all the time. We both saw immediate positive changes in our health and weight. I personally lost 15 pounds in the 10 days after the radio interview just by following the advice he gave me on the air. If you haven’t watched his documentary yet, you guys should really view it – and soon! Tell us what you think after you see it!
